Hi All,

I'm trying to find my 1965 Mustang coupe with pony interior. I bought the car new at Layfayette Ford in Fayetville, NC in May of 1965 just before I shipped out for a tour of duty in SE Asia. I sold the car in about 1970. I have reason to believe the car might be in Tennessee now. It was silver gray and had the 289 V8 with four in the floor.

I do not have a number for the car so it's like looking for a needle in a hay stack.

Just thought I would see if anyone might have an idea.

Without the vin it would be pretty much impossible to find it for sure, there may have been 10000 or more cars made exactly like it. That could be a good thing for you though, if you don't need your exact car, there will be others like it, and you could even recreate it with reproduction parts using a different car. Good luck though, there have been people successful at this.
