Default '67 Project Underway

OK, folks, I'm going to try to post some pics of my rebuild (might even call it a resto), but bear with me because I'm new to this part of it.

Here is a quick summary of what I've done so far:
Pulled motor and transmission
Pulled of fenders
Sandblasted engine compartment and front frame rails
Had motor rebuilt
Had tranny rebuilt
Ordered new sheetmetal and framerails
Bought MIG welder

So here are some "before" pics - let me know what you all think:

Good luck on the project. Looks like you have a good start on it!

you can hit the icon that looks like a mountain and paste the link to the picture or type: . Check the sizing of your pictures, so they fill the screen.

Awesome to see another project underway. Looks like you've got some major frame rail work to do.

A few more pics of the progress, still as links. I will work on figuring out how to imbed these as well, but here they are for now.

Hightower, you're right, major frame rail and floor plan replacement to do. Shouldn't be too too bad though. I'm wiring the shop for 220 v today and should be able to start welding things up before too long.

Good choice on a 220v welder. Most people go 140v but we recently got our barn wired to 220v for our Lincoln 180 welder. It's more than enough but reassuring to know I can weld just about anything.

remember, for image codes you just put it as [IMG] not [IMAGE]

Thanks Hightower. Let me try this one more time this morning before I have to get my butt moving.

Guess that worked ! Three more and then I will figure out resizing so they aren't so big.
