engine swap questions (pix inside)
I have an aluminum Fluidyne direct fit radiator in my 65. It works great. Its a bit thicker than the stock one, but mounts the same way. I got it from Mustangs Unlimited. The one I got is for a 5.0 swap which should work great for you too.
For others that are interested, they also have one for an older 289/302 etc. The difference is the water outlets for the different water pumps.
I also have the better composite shroud and a fixed blade reverse rotation Derale 17 inch fan.

I will be purchasing the hoses tomorrow and will be installing them sometime next week and hopefully try to get it started by next weekend and I will post a video of it.
Thank you for everyone's help and following my swap.

Well here is the first start, there is more tinkering and fine tuning and timing to do when the weather warms up. Sorry for the shaky/orientation video it was around 30 deg.

Well, a little update on what has been going on. I found out the first two videos above is that at that time the engine was only running on 4 cylinders(header exhaust pipes where 2 where cold and 2 hot on each side). It started when everytime i rev the engine it backfires and spits gas at us(not fun). Finally with a lot of searching and asking questions, it was my timing and firing order, mostly my firing order. I started the normal 302 firing order with no luck and after 2 weeks of aggravation I tried the 351 firing order just for $#its and giggles and boom! it fired right up and revved good with no backfire and no more spitting gas to my face and all 8 exhaust are hot. here is a short video of her now with no mufflers just yet just the H pipe. It's an '87 engine and I am guessing someone rebuild it with a 352 cam. The engine got passed around among friends and don't know anything much about the history of the engine.
