Theres a 1964 1/2 mustang for sale the lady said that it is a cobra did they make cobras that year?

Cobra? HAHAHAHA. They didn't make them for a long time after that............

 

Maybe they crammed a 428 cobra jet engine into it. That would rock!

 

that still wouldn't make the car a Cobra....... Theres no way.

 

Ok in 64 there was a cobra but it was not a mustang it was an AC cobra. If it is an AC cobra buy it at any cost. this is a 64 AC cobra

Well maybe first owner bought some "Cobra" parts to car at 60´s? Ford dealers sold over the counter some nice parts: Shelby Racing Camshaft, 4V intakes, 6V intakes, Cobra valve covers and many more that kind of items. All were sold as "Cobra parts and accessories, designed exclusively for Fords by Ford experts".
