Ever try to duplicate the '67 Shelby grill headlights (close together) on a stock 67/68 grill? [sm=smiley24.gif]

Am considering this mod for the 67...

What will that entail? Altering your standard grille somehow?

I would imagine some cutting and reinforcement would be involved. I've considered acquiring a 67 shelby grill, then mod'ing it to fit the stock 67 grill area - but I can't fathem paying that much for something then cutting it all up. Any ideas?

No....I just hope you can figure it out. That would be one sweet looking front end when you get done.
