im not clear on what por 15 actually is....is it paint that seals our rust? or paint that eats rust? or is there differnt kinds?

where do you get yours from?? order it or go to the store like kragen auto parts?
POR 15 is a brand of a rust encapsulator. Yes, it is like a paint that you brush on, and it stops the ongoing rust. There are also many other rust encapsulators. Go to the FAQ section to see all the others I have listed. NPD and other vendors sell the stuff. It is invaluable for stopping rust from progressing.

Yeah, but then you get water on your noggin.

yeah i was trying to see how it would look shaved but i couldnt find a picture online so i was able to fully picture it...like obviously more sleek is generally good but if something looks like its missing it could be bad....got any example of no drop rails?

That photo looks like it still has the drip rails, but it doesn't matter. If you live in a wet area of the country, and you actually drive your Mustang in the rain, you will get water in the car if the rubber seal around the top of the window is not sealing extremely well. And, we all know that ain't gonna happen.
