i was referring to a quarter panel skin. more than likely, that's the only part that is rusted. however, my passenger side had a rusted wheelwell too, but we just made a patch panel for it. some pictures:

Is that section that you did the Quarter Panel Skin? I was looking at Year One and I thought the skin was something else. Is what you did in those pictures get a skin and replace it?

yes, that's just a skin. if you weld it up top like in that last pic then you can limit the needed bondo to just that flat surface.
