Default Steering wheel

I remember seeing something in the FAQ on how to remove the stock steering wheel and install a Grant. I've looked through the FAQ, and can't find it. Does anyone have that article, or the link?

well....on mine i just took off the pad (2 screws in the back), then twist off the horn lever type thing.......then take off the big nut.....then i should of used a steering wheel puller to pull that thing off but i just used a little league bat to pry it off because it was trash anyways.......it popped right off....

still waiting for the turn signal cam fix kit to come.....then i can put my new wheel back on.

Well shifty, I guess the question is: did you damage the signal cam when you took the wheel off?

not at all.

the cam wouldnt cancel when i bought the car, so i figured while im going to have to take it off to replace the cam repair piece, i might as well put on a new steering wheel.....

Good time for it---I replaced the one in my 73 F250---wasn't that tough, and sure made it easier than remembering to turn off the signal.
