firewall fire pad question

Default firewall fire pad question

how much am i going to have to pull off the wall to replace this.... right now, i got the old one out, as well as the pedal assembly and the heaterbox and the drive side stove top hat and primered the firewall with por15. can i put the pedal assembly back in and then put the pad in, or should i put the pad in and then the pedal assembly??

Do the pad first. It will be easier. You will need to pull the fuse block off the wall too.
