Default Electric fuel pumps

Has anyone put in an in tank fuel in a classic mustang style tank? Would they even fit? I'm going EFI and the fuel pumps Im told to look for are external fuel off of early 90s f150s, can't really say theyre easy to find, but I sure find a heck of a lot of in tank pumps on ebay for dirt cheap and brand new. What do you guys think?

Yeah, how would you secure it in the tank. In -line would be the way to go.

actually they dont "mount" in the tank, they just go inline in the pick up tube.

That is what they are showing you an "inline fuel pump". I've seen guys do in tank fuel pumps but it is a little harder.

this is from a 93 Mustang GT, the pump is at the bottom, you could put a pump on a stock pick up, but inline is easier.
