eeek, im so sorry, glad your okay though. I got run into on the side by a hopped up contractors truck. My car looked the same as yours and my frame was bent except my hood was okay. 5.5k and 3 months later it looks as good as new. I dont remember much from the accident either except screaming.

Glad to hear your alright dude. Hey, at least you didnt buy it and do all sorts of stuff it then wreck it. If your keeping it, just set new goals.

Will the car still be worth as much without a clean title?

If you you rebuild it - first mod get rid of that fruit jar master cylinder and get a dual reservoir. Front discs would be an added plus. Personal experience (twice) with a '64 Galaxie 500 is where I'm coming from. Thankfully no wrecks but some wild rides!
You should have that Mustang put on a frame rack to see what's going on with the unibody.

if you fixed it and then sold it you would come out farther ahead then just parting it out.

That's a juggling act. It depends on how much he has in it from the get go. At any rate, I wouldn't part it out......I would sell it as is. Or, I would find out what damage was caused other than what you see from the pic, and if everything is still straight with the unibody , I would consider rebuilding it.
