Grinning from ear to ear!!!
Thanks for all of the compliments guys. [sm=thanx.gif] Yesterday I pulled up next to a 70-ish year old couple who were driving a classic Chevelle, and they BOTH gave me the thumbs up! Then today I got the thumbs up from a guy in a killer 2004 Roush Mustang. I'm sure lovin' this thing as a daily driver.

Are you in Texas? That park behind your car looks very familar to me.

Glen - once it stops raining here I'll snap some new pics and get them up! [sm=Flahssssss.gif]
As far as the rear suspension, the leaf springs are brand new standard eye grab-a-trak, though only 4 leaf. Since the rest of the car is now stiff as a board, the rear 4 leaf is now the least stiff part of the chasis, which may be giving it that "lowered" look. I may eventually swap out for 5 leaf, which may necessitate mid-eye or reverse-eye leafs.
As far as cost - whoever said that you should double the price that you estimate a job will cost, was absolutely correct! [:@] Now I have to buy something really expensive for the fiancee to make up for my crazy spending habits!

Funny you should mention that - I'm at the beach in Southern California, though that's a recent photo taken by the prior owner, who lived in San Antonio.
