Ok so I have a quick question... what tq spec or how do I adjust the rocker arm/push rods on my 289 stock head? Is it until it gets a little tough to turn then go 3/4ths a turn more, is it a certain spec should I just turn the car on and tighten them down until they stop making noise?

I am a bit lazy this morning, so will just have you read about how to adjust your valves.
