What one is best? anyone have problems with theirs? and I have Long tube hedman hedders so will any of these get in the way?

It looks like you definitely won't have any issues with the headers. Both of those look like they are made to clear headers like yours.

Actually, the long tubes will clear the crossmembers better than shorties.
