Im about to paint the top and bottom of my radiator, but it lookes like the whole middle part was painted b4...(dont know the correct term for the mesh) but can i paint the middle? this part

Do NOT use any other paint except radiator paint on the radiator. You will have cooling problems if you do. Regular paint will INSULATE the RADIATOR. (Kind of defeats the purpose eh?)
