you can also use a piano/guitar string. you just thread it thru the rubber and using it like a saw make your way around the window. imo it's a little easier than using a box cutter (but than again, i'm just very very prone to cutting myself)
Guys we got two things going on here. One is removal of the trim, which is best done with the tool shown above. The other is the removal of the glass. Before ~71 the glass is held in with a gasket, which is best cut for removal. Post ~71 the glass was glued in and the piano wire works to cut the glue. See if this helps
