Default Temp switches

I know the far left one turns the heat on but the other two dont seem to do anything when i move them. Can anyone tell me what they do?
Also, did all the classics come with the windshield wiper pedal and headlight pedal?

hmm, crap, i cant remember what my 67's are. But it's an factory AC so it might be different anyway. Are you talking about the headlight dimmer switch? yeah, all classics came with them. As far as the windshield pedal, alot came with them too. My 67 has one. But they also had electric operated washers too, instead of the pump operated.

It is common for the cable ends to rust off, so you may have to replace the cables to get the defroster and temp to work. If they move really easily, then that is most likely your problem. There should be some resistance, and if hot air is not coming out of the defroster duct, the rusted cable ends are the reason.

Also, the cable mounts can break loose from the original cardboard plenum (the box that distributes the heat up to the windshield or down to the floor). Mine pretty much fell apart as I removed it. Replace with a plastic plenum.
