Default Shelby settup

Point Blank what can I compare the 1966 shelby settup to? In modern Mustang terms? How does it measure up and what does it compare to?

I think he is asking what aftermarket mods can he get that will give the same or better performance as the 66 Shelby GT 350.

Sorry, I thought you were asking what components to use to make your car comparable to the 66 Shelby. My 03 Mach1's suspension was conceived from the Shelby GT's, but using up-to-date components, so I have no doubt that my Mach has a superior suspension. Now, your second question regarding the Mustang II suspension. It is flimsy, and not nearly as strong as the modern components you can buy to bolt up to your classic.
