removing carpet
i just need it out so i can get to the floor boards and see what kind of shape they are in. i know i'm looking at alittle rust an dfigured the inside would be th ebest place to start. the way my knees feel right now, it' may be a while before i get to touch it. damn surgery. i shoulda done it when i was 16 and just got it taken care of!!!
when installing the new carpet which goes in first. The rear section then the front lays over the rear under the front seats.
I thought this was right just wondering. Also is gluing the carpet down a good idea as in a post above his carpet slide around.
I'm at the point of installing the carpet. I just removed all the seats except drivers, had to still move car. Removed seat belts
and installed the new shifter boot after reseaming all the seams. I dry fit the underlayment and it looks good I was just
wondering about the 2 points listed above.
Thanks,
Slyder

well, when i pulled mine out, it came out back first than front section. lay the front section in and that fit the back over it. reinstall the mouldings and deats and it should sit fine without sliding around too much. basically the front won't go anywhere cause of the door mouldings and seats bolt thru the front section (and i believe the front facing end of the rear section).
