Those are Center Line Wheels. Summit Racing has them.

if my memory serves me correctly ( it's been months since i saw the movie last and about a year since i read about this guy who is resto/moddin a falcon to those specs) they had to change the triangle cutout. the origional was a true triangle, with pointy tips and what would happen is, over time the points of the triangle would begin to crack, therefore destroying the rim. the solution is what you see there a rounded edge.
