I found a website that says all ford alternators are interchangeable between 67-93. Sounds to good to be true, I am looking for a high output 100+ amps for low output from my pocket. I am running a Licoln mark 8 fan... Anyone have any knowledge in this area? I am pretty sure all alternators were the same for the classic mustangs and ford lineup but I am wanting to see if I can find a lincoln alternator to use.. Thanks in Advance!

 

Dont be cheap, Just call Summit and order a Powermaster one wire alternator and be done with it.
The time and money you spend on looking around and changing dead or to be dead alternators and you could have just done it once
and be done with it, You will be glad you did.

 

Hollander interchange manual shows Lincoln '69-'71 with 65 to 70 amps matches with your '69 stang vehiclemobile. Not the 100+ amps your looking for though....good luck!!!
