Default 200ci I6 intake problems

okay, i had to remove my stock exhaust manifold because it was cracked and i really wanted to put a different headder on anyway. when i took it off i ended up breaking several bolt heads off. i need to have them drilled out and re-tapped. i really wanna take it to a machine shop, but can't spare the money right now. i need to know what size drill bit to use to drill them out and what size to tap them with. and if someone can gimme an estimate on how much a shop would charge that would also be great.

Thanks Ant
