Default Help Radio Brackets dash area

I just tried to install my radio and I got that in but the radio bezel that snaps in is not going on. It is cockeyed...Upon further inspection the brackets on the radio which is a concours radio is cockeyed to where it kinda faces the driver side seat...is this how it is supposed to be or should it go in straight? Its hard to find pics or any info on this...thanks
