Good truck. I will bet you a cyber beer that my 5.8 L will take you in a 20 mile race though. Now, that's with hauling 4K pounds of stuff. Hey, I run 70 miles an hour hauling that kind of weight at 2K RPM. I have to admit though, that she shifts from 5 to 4 speed going up hills. It also gets very bad gas mileage. Maybe 10 with pulling that weight. Whip a pic of your 75 on us.

My uncle and dad both used to pull a pop up camper with mine back in the 70's. It worked just fine. My owners manual even has instructions for towing a trailer. It would definatley be something different.
A pickup truck definatley would be the best though. I love my 1970 f100. It is easier on it and will definatley pull a lot more than a mustang ever thought about just beacuse of the frame.

I actually have one that was on my 67 when i bought it a few weeks backs, i was gonna put it on ebay but if you want it e-mail me, pjhalz@gmail.com...

It has a 1 7/8 ball on it and it bolts to the bumper and looks (havent gotten under the car back their yet) to use 2 of the back bolts that are also used for the gas tank.

i would take a picture but i left my camera in atlanta this past weekend... like i said if your interested e-mail me

20 mile race? I'd need to stop for gas at least once with that kind of range

Only pic I have of it right now: http://www.networktechs.com/truck/DSCN0316.jpg isn't the prettiest thing in the world but its not even rusty underneath!

dont get one of the hitches that mount to the bumpers! unless it was originally installed at the dealer! cause the bumpers on mustangs really arent bumpers they are more of a bumperette they are basically attached to sheetmetal and the trailer would surely do harm!

When my wife was taking pics she forgot to take a picture of the most important part.... The engine LOL Sometimes I basically have to climb in under the hood to work on it! I havet o finish putting the new header gasket on it soon but I'm having trouble getting one of them to line up and since that truck is just parked out at my moms house I haven't had a chance to finish that yet since it was being such a PITA to simply bolt back on the headers. I'm slowly going over the engine and will eventually be doing a shelby kit or picking one up to put the 460 into.
