dont get one of the hitches that mount to the bumpers! unless it was originally installed at the dealer! cause the bumpers on mustangs really arent bumpers they are more of a bumperette they are basically attached to sheetmetal and the trailer would surely do harm!

well the one on my bumper didn't look to do any damage but then again i dont know if it was ever used? but why have it put on if you wouldnt use it? dunno, just know i aint keeping it
Good choice.

Buy a truck, then when your Mustang needs work, you can tow IT with the truck....

Mark, I LOVE those trucks. We bought a 2002 Quad cab with the 4.7L. It was the nicest truck..... but then we got rid of it because of gas mileage.[:@]

I finally decided to not let gas mileage keep me from what I want or need. I once bought a V6 mustang convertible when gas prices were up because I was "afraid of v8 mpg". Immediately after I bought the car, gas prices dropped 30-40 cents, and now I had a heavy (convertible), slow V6 that only got 16-22 mpg anyway [:@]

Mine is a 2003 QC with the 4.7 too

When I am out doing my Real Estate Business my wife and I trade cars (she has a Kia Sorento), but I refuse to give up my truck. (But even the Sorento only gets 15-17 around town)

That's what Pick-em-up trucks were designed to do.
