Default *PICS* Glove box door

I saw something that I thought looked cool, a glove box door that had the paint stripped off. It really looked good, like it might come that way. Mine is in need of a paint job, but I want to try taking the paint off and seeing if I dig that first.

Any ideas on how to strip the existing black paint off?

Paint stripper? Although expensive stuff, there is an aircraft paint stripper that slicks it right off. I wouldn't use any scraper or sandpaper though.

Your workbench is painted? Mine has so much oil and grease on it, I can't even see the wood.

I got mine at the local autoparts store. Yes it was painted, because I just build it when I moved into the new place

Yeah, I got some of that crap on my hand one time, and man does it burn. So, if you use it, wear some thick rubber gloves.
