After you get the old paint off with that aircraft remover, simply clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, rinse with water, allow to dry well and prep with a self etching primer. Allow to dry, then paint with Krylon Semi-Flat spray paint.
The hard part is getting the glove box door back on after it is painted without scratching the dash. Ask me how I know.[:@]

Wont the krylon paint just flake off with any little hit?

That aircraft paint remover is the cat's meow, huh? Looks very clean. If it were mine, I would paint it black though.

Soaring, Im in need of painting my glove box door and instrument bezel. What paint would i have to use. And what steps do I follow? THANKS...

I scratched my dash as well =( very sad day in my life............Its still there too...........I think im going to cry a little........
