*sniff-sniff* this thread smells like rice.[>:]

but seriously, how far down you wanna go? you can get an upgraded susp. kit that'll give ya an 1 and a 1/2 drop, you could turn around and do the shelby drop. there's alot of ways around cutting springs.

and yeah i know, cutting a spring is way cheaper and easier adn maybe i need to get my head outta my *** about my stand on "only the best".

just remember, you get what you pay for! i'd rather save up 5K for a new rear system than fudge around with cutting coils and junk!

If I have 5k on hand, you can bet I wont be spending it on a rear end.

considering just the bare block for my 66 is gonna run me about 2500, i think i'll save up and dump 5K into the rear including the 9 inch pumpkin mounted into the suspension rack.

the entire drive train is gonna be roughly 10-15K let alone suspension, bodywork, interior and my little bs thingies i gotta have! LOL! i'm gonna need a really good job and a really good loving caring G/F!!!

Tell me about it. 99.5% of my family income goes to bills, food, wifey and kids clothes. The other 1/2% goes for play things like the mustang resto.
