ok so i need to get a serpintine belt set up so what should i do for my 66... 1)change my p/s pump to a newer one(dont know if it has same pressure or volume) or 2) make a new bracket fo my old one and cahnge the pully

Try March Performance (Link). They make various kits for serpentine conversions that keep your original PS, even the standard rotation water pump, if you want to keep that as well.
