where can I get the PCV setup deal like he has? It's probably cheaper than getting new valve covers for the time being!

I used the braded steel line and chrome breather. looks decent

The PCV system actually increases HP a small amount by keepin some vacuum on the crankcase. If you eliminate it you also have to deal with the loss of a designed vacuum leak on the induction system. Rejetting the carb might be in order.
