I had a chevy truck in the 80's that I covered the interior with a very low pile crushed velvet (1/32") - just cleaned the metal/paint real good and sprayed on fabric glue and put it on. I could wrap the top part of the fabric inside the metal retaining piece to make it clean. I live in Los Angeles and it is one hot motor scooter out here - actually been rather tropical lately so lovin' the 100+ with humidity[:'(]

that mach steering ball looks lethal I thought about getting one of those really cool aftermarket shift ***** in one of my rice rockets (2005 STI & 87 Supra) but that was definitely a no-go

also have a 64 impala so don't bag on me to hard for the ricer, it's just a mild adrenaline addiction

once the car gets moving, and the wind hits it, it cools off. Trust me. I always drive with my arm out of the window.
