Default Motor Mount help please

I am trying to replace my mounts but have run into a snag. The mount i removed appears to be different from the one I recieved from mustangs unlimited. Apparently there are different mounts for coupes/fastbacks than on a convertible. I ordered to the short style as that is what is recommended for 65 coupes. The one i removed is bigger and the mount center bolt hole does not line up in the same direction as the mounts i bought. Does anybody have any wisdom they can spread on this subject? Is it still possible to replace these taller mounts with the shorter ones if I replace both of them? Will the holes line up once i remove both of the older taller ones? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There are two types of mounts an earily style and the later style they are not enter changeable becase the frame standoff is different also. You do know that autozone carry those mounts also for less money.
