Default heater core - 67 with A/C

I'm replacing the heater core in my 67. It has in-dash A/C which is making this a real PITA. The fiberglass case is split and really needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement? No problem finding the non-A/C versions, but haven't had any luck at all with the A/C option.

If I need to rebuild the existing case, does anyone have any pointers on fiberglass repairs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Jeff

Hello, and welcome to the site. Using resin/hardener and the fiberglas cloth you can repair your old one easily enough. It's out of sight, so it doesn't have to be pretty.
