Front passenger side. The fluid is definitely red so it's transmission or power steering. What/Why/ and How to fix is the question??

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I'll take a wild guess here...let's see...red calipers + brake fluid = red liquid. If you have bleed the brakes lately and the brake fluid got on the red paint...might cause the effects you see. Just my 2 centavos...

The calipers are not red. The backing plate for the pads are red.

My bad...any red paint in that general area may have come in contact with the brake fluid from bleeding or leak and caused a red-like fluid....

if it's grease from the wheel bearing,

do i need to replace the bearing or is there a way to potentially stop the leak?
does it need immediate attention or is it driveable?
will it possibly just go away?

thanks

and it doesn't smell like ATF

If it grease, you should not have to replace the bearings unless they are dry and the races are scored or damage from friction. If it is grease from the bearing, may be just a grease seal. Prob 2 bucks. I would drive it as lil as poss. before determining what the problem is.
Good luck!
