Good job on placement of the MSD box Eric. I have seen them hanging off the inner fender and that looks tacky, but yours looks great where it is.

Depending on which way you go, and where you get your parts from will determine what the final bill will be. From Texas Mustang, for instance, here are their prices.
2 row aluminum radiator - 339.95
Shroud - 26.00
Clutch fan - 61.00
OR
16" electric fan - 180.00

Thanks. The only problem with it though is it is in danger of getting water in it that way since all the controls are pointed up...

no like the anitfreez overflows out of the radiator
If you don't have a coolant recovery tank, I'd get one of those too. You can get brand new nice polished stainless steel ones 2 x 15" on eBay for 25 bucks.

Downflow---coolant moves top to bottom. Crossflow---coolant moves across. I think it's a myth that one is better than the other. Fluidyne has 3 drop in rads for '65-66. $400 might seem pricey but they are so efficient you may not need an electric fan.

Personally, I'd get the FLD-FHP30A-64MU because it has the thickest core. If Fluidyne is too pricey, I'd get a Summit or Northern (same thing).

As suggested, I would put one thing on at a time. Start with the radiator. If that doesn't do it, add the shroud and overflow tank. If that doesn't do it, then consider either an electric fan or a clutch fan. Just remember, depending on the pull from the electric fan, that you may have to upgrade your alternator to a higher amp one.
