I went out to take my stang for a lil spin thisevening and it wouldnt start up. When i pulled the plug out and held it against the block all i saw was a faint red spark, if im thinkin correctly shouldnt i see a bright blue spark? WHat could be causing this weak spark?, Coil, timing, my pertronix going bad?

it's not the pertronix, since all it does is tell the coil when to spark. It could be the coil, or the wires. IF your using a pertronix, i suggest getting a flamethrower coil. I got the ignitor 2 and flamethrower 2 coil.
