suspension questions?

KYB are "self-adjusting" gas shocks. They are not the same as air shocks and unfortunately you can't use them to adjust your height.

IMO i like the front lower then the back. i want the 620 springs in front and keep the rear stock height. does the grab-a-trac kit come with 620 springs? it said something about them in the profile on mustangs plus but it didnt say if it came with it or not.
Yeah, Air Shocks a no no on classic mustangs. It'll punch straight through the seat.
Now my impala uses air shocks, but it's got a frame and all that. But, even so, Air shocks suck as far as performance goes.

you dont know that. Your car isn't cornering as good as mine. I can tell you right now. well, i have a couple of suspension mods too, but those Air shocks aren't helping your car, and it's also weakening the shock mounting points. If you ever have to go around a cornor real hard, and it puts alot of pressure back there, dont be surprised to hear a pop.

No, the long shackels are the poor man's answer to tired leaf springs. In the 70's "cool" kids put them on their Chevelles to give their cars the down-hill effect on their muscle machines.
Think this look:

But instead of big tires and tubbed rear...think narrow short wheels but big long bars protruding from the frame...and the leafs sitting nice and low.
Driver's usually sport mullets.
