Default Convert rear axle

I have a 67 coupe with the 200 6. I am looking to swap out the rear axle from 4 lug to 5 lug. I have been reading up on the Granada conversion to disk on the front, but does the rear axle on the Granada also fit the Mustang?

If not, is there a site that shows rear axles that will fit?

Thanks all

Bow

The easiest conversion is to get any V8 axel from a 67-70 mustang. It will be 5 lug and it will bolt in.
