Default Really Upset

Ok People,
I just got done installing my intake manifold and new valve covers, but I'm worried about something! I used a adhesive on the heads and the plain side of the intake gasket, I also used a little RTV sealer around the water ports before dropping in the gaskets I also the applyed a bead of RTV to the front and rear block sealing surfac!, But no where in the directions it tells me use any kind of adhesive to top side of the gaskets and the bottom part of the intake! I'am going to have a problem with leaks, do I need to remove the intake and put adhesive to top side of the intake gasket where the gaskets meet the bottom of the intake? In the Weiand directions it says nothing about applying adhesive to the bottom of the intake and to the intake gaskets top side! Is this going to be a problem?

From the Edelbrock website:

Intake Gaskets
These new Edelbrock intake gaskets feature an embossed silicone bead surrounding the ports for a clean positive seal. Matched to Edelbrock Performer and Performer RPM manifolds and cylinder heads. End seals are not included, we recommend the use of RTV silicone.

I don't know about using any adhesives...I don't know why you'd need to. I didn't use any when I did my 289 rebuild...no leaks or issues.
