I have Magnaflows on my truck and i like them. They sound good and flow great. Like the straight thru design. I dont know anything about Pypes, but if they are cheap enough, you could slap them on and see if you like them. Dont like the sound of Flows?

Just an fyi to help you make your decision. The Pypes system uses the same exact grade of stainless on their Xpipe and mufflers as Magnaflow. Also the Pypes tailpipes are 1 piece instead of two and their X pipe is 3 piece instead of 5. The Pypes system you can choose one of three very different sounding and flowing mufflers. The Pypes system is under $400.
