Default Total Control Products

A few questions: Does any one know where to buy Total Control Products stuff, other than from their website? And, has anyone heard any good or bad things about TCP stuff? Everything I've read, it sounds awesome. I know it's expensive, but to be able to have the handling of a new car, with the sweet old car look, you cant beat it. If anyone can help, please let me know. The MSRP's on their website seem really high. So thanks...Josh

Mustangs Plus has TCP up the wazzu...check them out @ www.mustangsplus.com. I am planning for a full TCP front suspension system in the near future...including their adjustable control arms, coil over kit and the adjustable monte carlo and export brace tie in system. The make some really nice stuff...expensive...but nice!

Prices are actually cheaper directly through TCP rather than Mustang's Unlimited, etc. This is really unusual because most wholesalers won't compete with their dealers because it discourages them from carrying their products.

I have heard that they make the best suspension for older cars. Mustangdepot sells them. I can't find them on Mustangplus. Uniqueperformance makes something very similar too.

have you looked at fatman fab? they have a strut rod front suspension that looks cool and converts your stearing to a rack.

I cant find TCP on Mustangs plus either. They used to have a full section just for them, but I cant find anything now. I will definetly check out the other places. I know one reason thier stuff maybe cheaper through them is because (I think this is the name) but Chris Alston Chassiworks bought them out, and now they carry their stuff. But thanks for the help. They are expensive, but everything I've read, it's the best for older cars. Thanks again.

I really like the bolt up aspect of it. I put a rack on my '66 and i am in the process of polishing the tower brace system.
I haven't had it on the road yet but it sure looks nice

I am having TCP's Front coilover suspension, subframe connectors with X-frame power rack and pinion installed in my 64 1/2 coupe as well as upgrading to SSBC power brake conversion. also i am having a new fuel line installed as well as all braided stainless steel lines run for the brakes.
the car actually might be done tomorrow if it passes its alignment ok.
either that or monday. i will better be able to evaluate the car next week.
I would recommend purchasing TCP parts directly through the manufacturer.
if you purchase from anyone else and you have issues you first have to contact them and then they contact TCP
I had an issue with a part being wrong and it made it much more time consuming.
if you want leave me a private message and i will give you my phone number if you want to discuss it.
I am having a muscle car restoration shop locally do all the install and they are very impressed with all of the setup so far.
if you install the subframe connectors with the X-frame assembly be prepared to have a custom exhaust installed.
the sub frame connectors weld in and then the X-frame bolts into that.
dollar for dollar the best upgrade on any mustang.
