Default wiring

ok i got a wiring harness today and i cant seem to find out what wires are needed and what arent. someone cut a bundle of wires from inside the car (didnt notice till i got it out) it is not the set of wires going to the cpu, it is the whole bundle that branches right before it. do i need those or are they for gauges? if anyone has a color wiring diagram it would help out. thanks for all your help.

cpu???? no. There are no CPU's or computers of any type on an old mustang. The biggest technology they had as far as electronics, was probably the radio.
