1973 Grande
Dont need new heads unless yours are cracked or the valve seats are wasted and they cant be replaced. Just a cam swap, headers, intake and 4 barrel.. a fresh rebuild wouldnt hurt at all. Poof, plenty of power to roast the tires with and scare he kid in the honda.

well i believe my stock 289 in my 67 coupe is faster than the speed of light so do you wanna buy it [8D] don't always take someones word cause you might be getting bent over and done dry find a local engine builder and have him look at it or you can always ask for reciepts
I also have a 72 Grande with 351C and FMX tranny. I actually like having the coupe rather than the sportsroof body style, it's different. Most of the major Mustang vendors will have the parts you need.
It seems us boat owners are growing in number here.
