Help! The roller pin that the control arm moves on, on both door hingess broke clean off. Can I drill these out?

 

You can but they have splines on them. When I did mine I drilled it as big as I dared and then used a very small chissel and very small screw driver and a pick to get the material out and claen up the splines in the holes.
