I found my cam spec sheet today woohoo! This is the one thing I did not have a part in when rebuilding my engine and was left up to my father when I was away. I dont know much about cam stuff yet, so how does this sound...

I could be wrong but, it looks like it's a relatively mild cam with a smooth idle..

 

pretty much stock. The 5.0 (in the fox bodys) had a lift of .444

 

A mild generic grind offered by many, EDL, FMS, Blue Racer, etc.

It will work just fine.
