HERE is the badest looking muscle car rat rod look, drive it like it is, frame rails and floor pans look origanal

who the **** would drive it like that????? he says they are original and solid, but the fact that the undercarriage is spray painted black convcerns me. the lower quarters and some of the wheel well will need replacing. for 15k, you could find one almost completely done.

The pictures of the trunk area floor is bad, mine looked just like that and 1 tap with a hammer showed just how rotted out they were. The trunk floor in that area from what i have found out rusts bottom up, when you see it from inside the trunk its pretty much a rust hole.

Thanks guys. After reading a few post and the whole story about the fully restored fastback it made me realize this stang could be in even worst condition.

Thanks again. This is a great site, it just saved me 15K . From now on, I can search ebay just for reference, but never to buy, unless I can inspect the car myself first.

Thanks again

Dan

Glad to help Dan. Ebay can be okay if you do your due diligence, but I believe there are better places to buy.

I remember someone on a Mustang forum had an entire website devoted to that guy goodspellwhateverhisnickis with lots of personal information and an entire story of being ripped off very, VERY badly.
