Maybe a little oxy acetalyene setup , I dont think propane would be hot enough

Soak it, heat it, soak it, heat it, weld a socket onto the end of it and vibrate it while you turn it. Heat the block before you try to turn it.

What's up with the chevy orange paint?

ya weld a socket or something that you can attach to an impact wrench and got on it a few times that will definently help also try to remove the crud built up betweet the bold and the block that is visble in the pic that just might be your problem

Here are a couple of torch setups you should consider one comes with the tanks ant the other you can get the tanks from a gas supplier with a deposit on the tank and just pay for the gas I think its cheaper this way.
