a larger cc will give u a lower compression, larger valves will flow better . Go with the 460 performer heads from edelbrock that have a 95 cc chamber and i think u shouldn't need any more. They have a 75cc as well, but i don't know your plans with the engine.

Whats the 460 going in?
Whats the intended usage? ie drag car, street strip, daily driver, etc.
Whats the cam and intake you plan on running?
What gears will it have?
How much are you willing to spend to get what you want?
What exactly do you want from it?

I thought that you had to knotch or remove the shock towers to fit a 460 in a 67? I thought the FE series was a big as you could shoehorn in there?

if you are gunnna get 460 heads then get cobrajet or supercobrajet and also use the pre-71 timing set on your block and if you want more just buy the 514cid kit for that block

x2 and the 514 shortblock from Summit is $3500. Add a cam, heads, intake, other externals and you are there.
