so my friend just removed his vinyl top off his 67 and wants to know a good and safe way to remove the extra glue that is still on the roof.

He might try something like GooGone, but most likely he is going to have to sand it off.

3M makes some stuff called woodgrain pinstripe adhevie remover. its in a spray can you spary it on it crstalises the ahevise scrubb a little with a scoth brite pad and then wipe it off. Most auto paint stores carry it it is great.

sanding honestly isnt that bad....usually if your strip sanding u can concentrate on panels or sections and zone out somewhat....sorta contradicting but hey...lol
