Default RE: Convertible top adjustment?

My 67 is the same, when it's warm, no problem, but since my top is usually down from April until November, I have to wrestle with it to get it to latchup in the fall. Sometimes I have to close it as far as I can with the hydraulics and let it sit for a day or two in the garage to stretch the top. You want the top tight and not loose and sloppy or it will flap around at speed.
